Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Elderme LLC (“ElderMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the Services.

1. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through ElderMe websites, accounts, synthetic-persona interactions, messaging, calling functionality, subscriptions, customer support, and related Services.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending upon how you use ElderMe, we may collect the following categories.

Account Information: name, username, email address, phone number where you choose to receive calls, authentication information, account identifiers, preferences, and account settings.

Transaction Information: purchased product, transaction amount, subscription status, renewal status, billing history, transaction identifiers, and limited payment-related information.

Full payment-card information is collected directly by our payment processor rather than ElderMe.

Conversation Information: messages, emails, prompts, responses, synthetic-persona interactions, conversation history, reactions, requests, and related metadata.

Because ElderMe permits personal conversations, you should assume that information you voluntarily communicate through the Services may be processed to provide that conversation and associated features.

Voice and Call Information: call initiation, duration, technical metadata, and your speech while a call is in progress, which is converted to text so the persona can respond. ElderMe does not record or store call audio. The text of what is said on a call is kept with your conversation history, like messages.

Media Requests: descriptions or prompts for photographs, voice notes, or other generated media.

Memory Information: information derived from prior interactions that enables a persona to remember preferences, topics, prior conversations, or other contextual information.

Device and Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, identifiers, language, approximate location inferred from network information where applicable, diagnostic information, and security logs.

Usage Information: pages viewed, features used, interactions, clicks, session information, referring pages, and similar analytics.

Customer-Support Information: information supplied when you contact us.

3. INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO DISCLOSE

You control what you tell synthetic personas.

Because conversations may be personal, you may voluntarily disclose sensitive information.

Do not provide information you do not want processed as part of the Services.

ElderMe does not require you to disclose sensitive information merely to engage in ordinary synthetic conversation unless specifically disclosed for a particular feature.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may process information to:

  • create and maintain accounts;
  • provide conversations;
  • generate synthetic responses;
  • provide voice functionality;
  • generate requested media;
  • maintain persona continuity and memory;
  • authenticate Members;
  • process transactions;
  • administer subscriptions;
  • provide customer support;
  • detect fraud and abuse;
  • secure the Services;
  • diagnose technical problems;
  • measure and improve functionality;
  • comply with law;
  • enforce our agreements; and
  • protect ElderMe, Members, and others.

Where required, we rely upon an appropriate legal basis for processing.

5. ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING

When you interact with a synthetic persona, information from your interaction may be processed by artificial-intelligence systems to generate responses and provide the requested experience.

This processing may include contextual information from previous interactions where memory functionality is enabled.

ElderMe may use third-party infrastructure or artificial-intelligence service providers to perform portions of this processing.

We do not represent synthetic outputs as communications authored in real time by human women.

6. MODEL TRAINING

ElderMe does not use your private conversations to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

If that ever changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice, choice, or consent required by law before that processing begins.

7. MEMORY AND PERSONALIZATION

ElderMe may process information from your interactions to provide persistent personalization.

For example, a persona may remember topics you discussed, preferences you expressed, or other information useful for continuing a conversation.

Memory information may be automatically generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You can delete a conversation from your inbox at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and associated information using the contact details below.

8. VOICE SERVICES

Voice functionality requires transmission of audio to telecommunications, speech-recognition, speech-synthesis, artificial-intelligence, or infrastructure providers while a call is in progress.

ElderMe does not record or store call audio. Speech is converted to text in real time so the persona can respond, and that text is stored with your conversation history.

If ElderMe ever records or retains call audio, we will provide notice and obtain any consent required by law before doing so.

9. PAYMENTS

Payment information is processed by our commerce and payment providers.

ElderMe may receive transaction information such as purchase status, payment method category, transaction identifier, billing country, or limited card information such as the last four digits, depending upon the processor.

ElderMe does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

10. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software-development kits, and related technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance, and legally permitted marketing.

Where applicable law requires consent or opt-out controls, we will provide them.

11. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose information to service providers performing functions on our behalf, including providers of:

  • hosting and cloud infrastructure;
  • artificial intelligence;
  • speech technology;
  • telecommunications;
  • payment processing;
  • ecommerce;
  • authentication;

  • analytics;
  • security and fraud prevention;
  • customer support; and
  • professional services.

These providers may process information subject to contractual and legal restrictions applicable to their role.

12. NO SALE OF PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS AS A DATA PRODUCT

ElderMe does not sell the contents of your private synthetic-persona conversations to data brokers as a standalone commercial data product.

If ElderMe ever engages in practices that count as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will disclose them and provide the rights the law requires.

13. LEGAL DISCLOSURES

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, subpoena, court order, or valid governmental request;
  • investigate fraud or security incidents;
  • enforce legal rights;
  • protect the safety or rights of ElderMe, Members, or others; or
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

14. CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

15. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing Services, maintaining accounts, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.

Different categories may have different retention periods.

Deletion of an account does not necessarily cause instantaneous deletion from backups, security logs, transaction records, or records subject to legal retention obligations.

16. SECURITY

ElderMe uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and should promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

17. CHILDREN

ELDERME IS AN ADULT SERVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONS UNDER 18.

We do not knowingly permit minors to create ElderMe accounts.

If we learn that a minor has provided personal information in violation of our age requirements, we may delete or restrict the associated information and account as appropriate.

18. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending upon your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, which may include rights to:

  • confirm whether we process your information;
  • access certain information;
  • correct inaccuracies;
  • delete certain information;
  • obtain a portable copy of certain information;
  • opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable; and
  • appeal certain privacy-rights decisions.

These rights are subject to statutory definitions, exceptions, authentication requirements, and applicability thresholds.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

19. TEXAS PRIVACY RIGHTS

Texas residents may possess rights under applicable Texas privacy law, subject to statutory scope, thresholds, and exemptions.

Where the law applies to ElderMe, eligible Texas consumers may submit applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out requests through the privacy contact mechanism below.

Where required, ElderMe will provide a process for appealing a decision concerning a privacy request.

20. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY

California residents may possess additional rights under applicable California privacy laws.

To the extent ElderMe becomes subject to statutory requirements concerning sale, sharing, sensitive personal information, or other regulated processing, ElderMe will provide the disclosures and mechanisms required by applicable law.

21. PRIVACY REQUEST VERIFICATION

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request.

We will use information supplied for verification only as permitted by applicable law.

Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits, subject to appropriate authorization and verification.

22. INTERNATIONAL USERS

ElderMe is operated from the United States.

If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.

23. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

24. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, technology, practices, or legal obligations.

The effective date will be identified above.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different processing begins.
